The school needs volunteers to proctor all grade levels for our upcoming state assessments. The classroom teacher will administer the exam. Your only job is to sit back, serve as a second set of eyes, and enjoy a few hours of peaceful bliss! You are welcome to volunteer for any and all grade levels.

Proctors will receive room assignments the morning of testing but will not be assigned to their own child’s classroom. Proctors may bring a book, but cell phones must be turned off completely during testing.

Proctors must be cleared volunteers. If you are unsure whether you are an approved volunteer, please call (904) 547-4500. The volunteer approval link is https://stjohns.keepntrack.com/apply/ . Please check-in with the front office by 8:15 AM to receive your badge. A brief training will be held upon your arrival.
